Executive Committee
Mrs. Mona Bhandari is the Member of Executive Committee of NEST. She is currently working with LEADS (Livelihoods Education and Development Society) into the post of Admin and Finance Manager and undertaking overall management responsibility of admin and finance department. Prior to joining LEADS, she was employed as Office Assistant of NEST, then Admin and Finance Assistant and finally Finance Assistant. Before joining to NEST, she has worked with UMN RDC’s project (CODE project) in Achham district. Mrs. Mona is a general member of Youths in the Empowerment Sector (YES Nepal).
She has received a number of training on office management and secretary, training of trainers, organizational development and management training, accounting training, basic graphic art training, PRA training, and professional level training including conflict transformation training. As an administrative lead staff, she also managed Photoshop and webpage design. Her work at development, communication and publication section led the publication of organization’s books and articles targeting institutional aspects of the community development. She Holds a Bachelor in Business Studies (BBS) from Tribhuvan University Nepal.
