Impact Story

“I am grateful to NEST” — Krishna Bahadur Shahi, Kalikot
“I worked as a program coordinator at HURENDEC in Kalikot. I lacked confidence in project and report writing. After attending NEST’s training, I could confidently prepare project proposals for Poverty Alleviation Fund, HURENDEC, HCRDC, and others. I even got the opportunity to work as a local development coordinator. I owe this progress to NEST’s training.”

Key Challenges

  • Price negotiations on service fees affect quality assurance.
  • Some partner organizations focus only on targets, not training impact.
  • There is a need for continued curriculum refinement and more robust knowledge documentation.
