Capacity Building Unit (CABU)

The Capacity Building Unit (CABU) is one of the core non-technical training and development arms of NEST. Renowned for its high-standard services, CABU specializes in social and organizational development. It is staffed by seasoned professionals with substantial experience in designing and facilitating capacity-building programs across diverse contexts.

CABU also offers tailored consultancy and research services, especially in areas related to institutional strengthening, governance, and development planning.

Its interventions primarily target grassroots organizations, development professionals, civil society actors, and local institutions.

The unit’s emphasis on practical learning, inclusive approaches, and local ownership has enabled its training programs to be both impactful and sustainable.
